Very friendly and helpful staff, simple but delicious breakfast with variety of tasty treats, we enjoyed tortillas, fresh fruits and pastries. Breakfast to go was also prepared on request with a good variety of food. Rooms are clean. Hotel location is near to the shops and bus stop. Walking distance to Arena Navarra. Thank you to the reception staff for honouring my request for quiet room and helpful tips of getting around Pamplona.

Arrived to a fantastic firework display courtesy of the Pamplona Bull Run fiesta. Coincidence I know, but what a welcome! Hotel is conveniently located just off the autovia, so handy for our one night stop over Breakfast was lovely, too!

It was really clean and comfortable. We were driving, so parking and access was easy. It is a little way out of the main attractions in the city, but the bus only took roughly 20 minutes and we found the walk to the bus stop easy. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. We had to check out at 4am to go to Valencia. The staff member manning the desk when we were checking out, organised us a coffee and a pastery because we were going to miss breakfast. They really went the extra mile.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a bath, very welcome after a long drive. The location on an industrial estate was quiet, and there was an Aldi literally right on your doorstep. Although there was no kettle to make a tea or coffee, you could at least buy a cup 24/7. The breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day.

Liked the cleanliness and the layout of the room. It was good that it had a television. I liked the idea of a set the room, even though we didn’t use it. The pillows were very comfortable. We had to leave early as we still had a long way to drive so we were given a breakfast to take with us. We were really impressed with it! It was delicious! So a big thank you!

We were traveling by car and used the underground parking which is free, secure (gated), has spacious plots but not a lot of them. Entry to the parking is steep but most cars should not have a problem getting in. If you can't or don't need to stay in the underground parking there is plenty free street parking available. Breakfast was good and had plenty and diverse food choices. Staff spoke both Spanish and English and were helpful with any questions you might have. Rooms were clean and spacious. If you want to leave the car at the hotel (like we did) there is a big shopping center on a five minute walk from the hotel. There is a bus station with a cheap, frequent and good connection to the Pamplona city center.

Stayed at this hotel on our way to england and on our way back home in Spain. The location suited our needs, there is a large shopping mall close by with shops and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant during our stay. Breakfast was the normal continental with a good choice and fresh.

The rooms are absolutely excellent. And if the need is to have a location close to the motorway network rather than near the town centre, it is well situated - there is also a shopping centre nearby with a wide selection of fast food and other restaurants.

Breakfast was nice and there was lots of choice. The room we had was a double joining room which was what we asked for and this suited us due to travelling with my mum. The beds were very comfy and we had a great night's sleep. Location of the hotel was great and you were only a few minutes walk to a large shopping centre. Staff all spoke English which was a bonus and were very friendly.
